Terms and Conditions For Goods Inwards

1.      Terms and Conditions of Sale- All items sold at our auctions will be subject to ‘terms and conditions of sale’, as specified in the catalogue and on display in the centre.

2.      Commission- Our firm’s commission will be at the rate of 22.5% (twenty two point five percent) on all goods sold of the total (net of VAT) amount of sale price on all items, i.e. hammer price.

3.      Lotting Fees- £3.00 per lot.

4.      Advertising- No advertising fees.

5.      Transport- If required.

6.      Reserve Prices- All Goods/Items are sold entirely without Reserve to the highest bidder.

7.      Client Confidentiality- We are willing to sign any agreement with your company, that none of our staff or customer base will know that we sell on your company’s behalf.

8.      Payment of account- Our firm will be responsible for total payment to you of all items sold at auction subject to conditions of sale and all items have been collected and duly paid for, all monies will be accounted for by our firm and you will receive an itemised list of all goods/items sold etc.
